Ms Emelia Arthur, MP for the Shama Constituency, has assumed office as the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture. She comes to her new position with considerable experience in the industry, and has already indicated her desire to help the aquaculture industry play its expected role in the provision of fish to feed the nation.
