Ghana’s much awaited Tilapia and Catfish Festival Comes of at the CSIR Food Research Institute, Accra, on Thursday, 25th and Friday 26th July. Fish farmers and processors, industry professionals and food vendors will present a wide variety of traditional and modern delicacies to the public to taste and buy. Two important events, a Stakeholders Forum and a Farmers’ Forum will form part of the event.
